devices, to refusal to submit to a chemical test, and to driving while

Senator French, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                
adoption of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 1926.                                                            
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 239(JUD) was
